Standard shipping is currently being delivered by Australia Post.

Once orders are dispatched, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Enkindlehealth's reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, NSW and so we follow any NSW Public Holidays.

DISPATCH TIMES

We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email.

Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays, or Beauty Loop Campaigns), dispatch times may be longer.

 

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

 DAMAGED GOODS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Please note that a number of deliveries may encounter delays due to reduced air flight availability.

We offer Australia Post International Express (EMS) and Sendle for our international shipping services. All rates will be shown at checkout.

Any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Please note in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise” and are prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes.
